Algeria reviews

  • "Missed ferry, no instructions "

There were no instruction which ferry port to go to. Gran Canaria has 2 ferry ports run by the same company. We went to the new ferry terminal to be told there was no boat, the other ferry was 3 miles away, we o ly had 10 minutes and didn't make it. Had to pay more than twice the price for the fast ferry an hour later. I recommended direct ferries to many travellers and I won't anymore, because there was 6 in my group and 3 had booked where i had fire Ted them to the site. So it was obviously very embarrassing situation for me.

  • "Awesome Experience"

I particularly want to thank the staff member who was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and kind and courteous. He helped me with my suitcase on and off the ferry, helped my friend with his dog and served a mean cup of coffee behind the bar. Thank you. You made the trip very pleasant. Just wished I'd got your name😁

  • "Lanzarote to Santa Cruz"

Quite a rough crossing last night but cosy clean cabin. Lunch was only warm and fish overcooked which is a shame as good value.
