Planned the trip to the Emerald Isle all on line with no problems, took minutes. Website a doddle. Trip over and return went without a hitch. Will be booking again for next year.

"Crossing to and from Northern Ireland "
The ferry was spotless and the staff friendly. Plenty of food options. The failing came when it comes to entertainment we sauled with 2 young children and they was nothing for them to do. Once they had eaten it was hard work to entail them. The kids room was aimed at babies and full.of them crawling so my 2 couldn't walk round. The arcade games are either 2 big for them to reach or 18 rated. The 3 to 9 yr olds need to be thought about. All in all a ok crossing but will go with another company next time.

"Not given updated information"
Travelled with P&O via Direct Ferries on arriving at Cairnryan for a 11am sailing we were informed that the sailing was not happening and we would be on the 12 midday sailing, Direct Ferries didn't update us with the information , we were informed that P & O had advised them to inform all customers but this didn't happen apart from that the outward sailing was fine, return journey was delayed due to a problem with the ferry but were fully updated at the port.

"Tragedy for loyal staff"
The staff were excellent and professional. Many I noticed went the extra mile and the captain on both ships great communicators. Tragically they may have list their jobs through the greed of the ships owners. I certainly do not plan to travel with p&o if at all possible for future journeys. Better to pay a little more and have staff appreciated. A sad day

Opted to travel as a foot passenger as P&O didn't double their prices, unlike StenaLine, for the Irish mid-term break. Was collected by a courtesy bus & driven onto the ship. Staff were very helpful, good humoured & attentive, even though they were understaffed. I'd recommend travelling with this company.

"Trip from Larne to Cairnryan"
I used your ferry services for the first time on Saterday and was due to go back to Glasgow on Sunday at 16:00.There was unfortunately bad weather and ferry was rescheduled BUT I did not get correct correspondance. The email said that the 12:00 ferry was scheduled to leave at 3.It did not say that the same was applicable to the 16:00 ferry and that I should board earlier.I arrived at 15:10 and was told Ive missed the ferry.I am employed and lost a whole days wage on Monday due to this miscommunication. I feel a bit disappointed about it to be honest as I had to stay over another night which was unplanned.I would appreciate a call to explain this thank you

Staff were really nice and helpful. Food was lovely. It was very clean. My daughter left her handbag behind and the security guard watched it until we realised and came back for it. Both sailings were right on time (and there was a storm) we will most definitely use This service again.

"Staff are Fantatic"
The staff were amazing, went out of there way to be helpful, especially the Spanish Gentleman and Costa Coffee. He went out of his way to help people that were very sick because the crossing was choppy. He was first class and he makes a mean Frapachino

"Always a great experience on P&O"
We always enjoy taking the ferry to and from Northern Ireland and Scotland and never have a bad experience. We always book through Direct Ferries as their prices are good, staff communication, and email updates are brilliant and comforting. The staff on board the ship are attentive and friendly, including catering, car deck staff, and checking in staff too. Especially in times of Covid-19, we're grateful for the cool, calm, and collected atmosphere that all staff involved with the ferry check in, and traveling, create for everyone on board :) Thaaaaanks
